Problem Steps RecorderThe Problems Steps Recorder is an effective tool in Windows 7 operating system that can be used for file generation complete with the screen snapshots. It also provides the description of each step that has led to the problem the user faces on the Windows 7 computer system. There are steps that you can follow for using the Problem Steps Recorder.

• Step 1: Press the Windows key as well as the “R” alphabet key for opening the Run dialog

• Step 2: In the box that appears, type “psr.exe” and then hit the Enter key. This will open the window labeled “Problem Steps Recorder”

• Step 3: Now click the button on the left that is labeled “Start Record” for starting the recording of a series of events.

• Step 4: You may pause the recording by clicking the “Pause Record” button

• Step 5: After recording the events, you can click the button that is labeled “Stop Record”. Now you will be asked for saving a ZIP file. You only have to offer a location and the name as well as the file will be saved in your computer.
